TIRED OF BEING ALONE

In a follow-up to “Foreign Land”, Teenage Fanclub @teenagefanclubofficial have released “Tired Of Being Alone”, a highlight from their upcoming album. With a beautiful melody written by Raymond McGinley, the track comes with a visually stunning video shot in Norway last weekend, where the band performed.

“Tired Of Being Alone’s” songwriter Raymond McGinley describes the process:

Towards the end of our session in Rockfield Studios making the album, I woke up in the middle of the night with a guitar next to the bed, picked it up and this song came out. I recorded a rough version on my phone and then went back to sleep. We recorded the song later that day.

The final result is a truly captivating and delightful summer anthem, in the classic Teenage Fanclub style, that weaves together jangling guitars and velvety vocal harmonies.

Teenage Fanclub will release their twelfth studio album, “Nothing Lasts Forever,” on 22 September in the UK/Europe through their own label, PeMa. Pre-orders are available until then.
