Emerging from Burton On Trent, The Ritz are steering a new era of indie rock. Since their inception in March 2023, Robbie Joyce (lead vocals/rhythm guitar), Finley Armitage (lead guitar), Seb Cook-Abbott (bass), and Tom Warrilow (drums) have crafted a sound that’s both nostalgic and refreshingly authentic.

Dramatic organs, driven drums and swinging guitars is what The Ritz their new single ’Back Against The Wall’ is all about. With a head banging beat and space harmonies, this song is definitely one to keep on repeat!

The production is detailed and feels like a classic Oasis-like song but with a modern twist. I’m sure this song is gonna work really well live and would definitely recommend you to go and watch The Ritz live at one of their upcoming shows.

‘Back Against The Wall’ was released independently by the band and was recorded with producer Michael Smith (Wolf Alice, Elvis Costello The Spencer Davis Group) at RYP Recording’s in London.
