Gaby’s vocal performance is a theatrical masterpiece, flipping between snot-nosed sass and guttural desperation in the space of a heartbeat.

The production is drenched in unease. Industrial effects – sirens, static, something like a synthetic wind – blow through the verses, conjuring a sense of impending doom that dances just beneath the surface. It’s the sound of a generation dancing on a fault line, perfectly aware the ground could give way at any moment. And yet, the rhythm never lets up. You have to move. It’s a terrifying kind of fun.

Visuals have always been central to INDUSTRY STANDARD’s identity, and while “BLAIR!” is an audio experience, it practically demands a visual one. From Gaby’s costume changes to her rewired telephone mic, used like a punk-rock sceptre, every performance is part punk show, part performance art.
