KEO are the proudly DIY band who have risen to notoriety by gaining fans through social media platforms such as Tiktok and by uploading thier tracks on Soundcloud gaining them an entirely organic fanbase enabaling them to create a major buzz surrounding their music before they even released any music officially.

Their unique blend of folk inspired lyrics coupled with those grunge melodies have ensured the band have generated a huge buzz on the new music scene.

Their acclaimed debut EP, SIREN. saw them elevate their status further with singles like ‘I Lied, Amber’, ‘Thorn‘ and ‘Hands’.

Since then they’ve undertaken their own first headline tour and graced numerous festival stages.

We recently headed to their Leeds show to see for ourselves what this band are all about.

First and foremost, wow, we can see what the hype is all about and it is totally deserved. It was an outstanding perfomance from start to finish with the band showing the fans what they are really made of. They were full of a self-assured confidence and had rhe crowd positively eating out of their hands.

Although they possessed the power, they didn’t let it go to their heads and remained humble and gratuitous throughout.

The setlist for the evening was mainly made up of unreleashed new material plus a few firm fan favourites thrown in for good measure.
