“Energy was high and T Shirts were off and spinning as Don Broco made their glorious return to the iconic Barrowlands Ballroom stage after 2 years!
This highly entertaining band from Bedford, England is made up of members Rob, Simon, Tom and Matt. From the moment frontman , Rob, stomped onto the stage we knew we were in for a treat. Kicking the show off in Glasgow with some belters; “Come out to LA”, “Gumshield” and one of their new releases “Cellophane”, the crowd was easily launched into a sea of mosh pits.

Personally I have loved watching Don Broco’s rise over the years, having previously watched them on the stage when they first released “Priorities” in 2012 to their 2023 Barra’s show and now this performance in 2025! The energy that bounces off this band into the crowd and back is just amazing to feel and watch. I can’t explain it but every Don Broco show just feels unique and special.

Speaking of unique though, when have you ever witnessed a badminton game occur in the middle of a mosh pit? Well the last time I saw Don Broco in 2023 I was introduced to the “Bad Boys Badminton Club” where some lucky people chosen in the pit try to break the record of how many times they can hit it over the net that’s placed in the pit. It’s intense and hilarious to watch as everyone really gets involved to hopefully (and successfully) break the record!
Weirdly enough it also breaks the ice with the crowd and the band and opens up the venue to just simply have fun.

After a successful attempt at the record break, the show continued with classic hits such as “Bruce Willis” an acoustic version of one of my favs “You Wanna know” and even a duet of “Further” with the lead singer from the incredible support band YONAKA!
With a sea of T Shirts swinging in the air, Don Broco closed out the show with “T Shirt Song” and “Hype Man” and left the crowd sweaty but completely satisfied.

If you have never been blessed with attending a Don Broco show, I would highly recommend. You will laugh, sweat, dance, cry, mosh and perhaps have a wee game of badminton if you’re lucky! “
