Hot Property began in late 2024, on a night out in London where Gabriel Corrigan, Luca Arshad and Jonny Webber kept ending up at the same end of the bar arguing about which Stones record was actually the best. By the end of the night they’d swapped numbers and within a week they’d written their first song.

Midlands-born duo Brad Hopkins and Tyla Challenger joined them not long after and from the first rehearsal the five-piece knew they’d stumbled into something special.

They’ve since independently amassed over 130,000 followers, millions of views, played major festivals, gained the public approval of a rock legend and starred alongside a Hollywood star in a music video for one of the biggest bands on the planet, AND all within their first 18 months as a collective.

Upon launching, the band saw a widely shared demand for the culture they were fostering and quickly attracted thousands of fans from across the globe with their aesthetic, amassing 7-figure views on multiple videos in a matter of weeks.

Hot Property kicked off their live shows with a debut headline sell-out at London’s Paper Dress, without even having released a track, followed by a run of sold out headline shows on their self-organised UK tour. Their debut tracks “Ain’t That A Lotta Love” & “Saddle Up” were released in 2025, having already become fan favourites at their high octane shows. The songs received extensive radio play and amassed over 60K streams on Spotify alone with no label, management or financial backing.

With recent collaborations with Rod Stewart and The Rolling Stones (Hot Property recently starred as the lead roles in The Rolling Stones’ music video for “In The Stars” alongside Hollywood actress Odessa A’zion, Luca as Mick Jagger, Jonathan as Keith Richards, Tyla as Ronnie Wood and Bradley and Gabriel as themselves.), the band are set to explode & have an extensive catalogue of songs ready to make sure they do so in 2026.

This wasn’t the band’s first brush with rock ‘n’ roll royalty however as they were also previously joined and endorsed on stage by Sir Rod Stewart who joined them and called them “fucking brilliant,” The meeting seemed to serve as a catalyst for them band propelling them forward at an astonishing pace.

“It’s been a wild ride since the start so we know we must be doing something right! For now we’re just loving each moment and hoping people keep enjoyingwhat we’re putting out!” – Tyla Challenger, Bassist

The band’s latest track effortlessly captures the atmospehere of their live shows: gritty, urgent, and built to move to.

Inspired by every great night out that you almost bailed on before even getting there, singer Gabriel Corrigan says “Get Yourself In The Groove is about psyching yourself up and pushing your anxieties to the side when the moment arises – it’s the perfect pre-party anthem.”

“Get Yourself In The Groove” was engineered at Church Studios by Luke Pickering (Blur, Fontaines DC, Last Dinner Party, Wolf Alice) and mixed by Gavin Monaghan (Robert Plant, Paolo Nutini, Ocean Colour Scene, Editors) and was Mastered at Metropolis Studios.

Previous releases “Ain’t That A Lotta Love” and “Saddle Up” have racked up over 60,000 streams independently, with no label backing. Get Yourself In The Groove is built to outpace them. Hot Property marked the release of their new single with a first play at their ever-lively and free monthly clubnight at Slim Jim’s Liquor Store in London: “We wanted the first time anyone hears this song properly to be on a sweaty dancefloor at midnight, right where it belongs.”

Hot Property is: Gabriel Corrigan (Vocals), Jonathan Webber (Guitar), Luca Arshad
(Guitar), Bradley Hopkins (Drums), Tyla Challenger (Bass Guitar).
