KAVORTEES are a four-piece rock-and-roll band hailing from the Isle of Dogs in East London comprising of Michael Zambonini – Lead Singer/Guitar, Kieren Hartland – Rhythm Guitar/Backing Vocals, Harry Hartland – Bass and Kiran Nair – Drums
Known for their high-energy, gritty performances with their sound being likened to classic British guitar bands such as The Libertines, Oasis, and the Arctic Monkeys, KAVORTEES regularly play on the London gig circuit, with past performances at notable grassroots venues such as the New Cross Inn, The Fiddler’s Elbow, and The Castle in Whitechapel.
Most recently the band played a headline show on the 7 July at the New Cross Inn in London.
The quartet are now gearing up for the release of their latest single the full throttle no holds barred release of ‘In Yer Head’. With punk sensibilities at its core, it’s hard not to be drawn into the chaos with wild abandonment.
Kavortees are a band who deliver a full on rock out sound, with fuzzing guitars and thrashing marching drum beats coupled with the no nonsense kitchen sink style commentary lyrics, ‘In Yer Head’ delivers on many levels; a sure fire track to get any crowd hyped up and ready to hit the mosh pit!
The band have said of the track:-
“ ‘In Yer Head’ is one of the first songs we wrote together as a band which all of us had an element and involvement in writing and we feel It’s the best representation of our guitar heavy sound.”
‘In Yer Head’ was recorded at Noatune Studios and was Mixed and Mastered by Nick Lewis at Old Cottage Audio.
