The Libertines returned to Manchester’s Albert Hall for a second night on November 8th, and the energy was electric. The sold-out crowd was treated to a night of pure, unfiltered Libertines magic, delivered by Peter Doherty, Carl Barat, John Hassall, and Gary Powell in peak form.

Two standout moments stole the show. The crowd roared to ‘What a Waster’, the song’s raw energy as potent as ever, with fans joining in every line. Then came ‘What Katie Did’. A reflective moment that filled the hall with pure nostalgia. A reminder of why The Libertines’ music resonates so deeply.
What really made the night special was the unmistakable chemistry on stage, particularly between Doherty and Barat, whose friendship and musical synergy seem stronger than ever. Their connection, full of glances and shared smiles, was mesmerising, making it clear that the bond driving their music is
still very much alive.

The Libertines delivered an unforgettable night, blending chaos with camaraderie and proving that their fire has never burned brighter.
